First Army Lists - UEDF and Zentraedi

I'm planning my first lists for both UEDF and Zentraedi for my first games and demos.

Going at 300 points each.

UEDF:
1 Valkyrie Squadron (80)
 - Valkyrie Squad (40)
 - VF-1S (30)
1 Valkyrie Squadron (80)
- Valkyrie Squad (40)
- VF-1S (30)

Total 300

When wave two hits I plan on changing to:

1 Valkyrie Squadron (80)
 - VF-1S (30)
1 Valkyrie Squadron (80)
 - VEF-1 (30?)
1 Valkyrie Squadron (80)

Or

1 Valkyrie Squadron (80)
 - 1 VF-1S (30)
1 Valkyrie Squadron (80)
1 Super Valkyrie Squadron (110?)


Zentraedi:
1 Regult Attrition Squadron (70)
 - Regult Squad (35)
1 Regult Recon Squadron (70)
- Gluuhaug-Regult Squad (25)
1 Regult Attrition Squad (70)
 - Glaug (20)
 - Quel-Gulnau (10)

Total 300

Not crazy about the Quel-Gulnau model but it seems it will be useful.
