As I was building the Phalanx and Artillery Battlepods, I noticed that I had a lot of left over extra rocket pods and guns. Then I thought, "Wouldn't it be cool if..." I used some of a gummy eraser to hold the extra parts in place so I could take pictures of the crazy mod units. No, I didn't make final model units of these. These were just me having some fun before I finished them as they should be. Still gives some crazy ideas of different modded units we could make, though. Phalanx with a Battloid head: Phalanx with more fire power from an Artillery Pod! Artillery Pod with more artillery (from a Phalanx): Gun/Artillery Pod: Dual Gun/Artillery Pod: I did have a picture of a Pod with three of the gun/rifle mounts on it but I think I deleted it on accident because I can't find that picture anywhere.

Loving the experimentation. The Zent pods with lots of dakka are pretty impressive.

The mods for the pod look like they would be really easy to magnetize so you could swap between a regular pod and a moded one.

Magnetizing would be cool, but I don't have the tools (or patience) to do that. LOL! It looks great when other do it.

I use a 1/8 drill bit, and that's the extent of my specialized tools for adding magnets. It seems intimidating until you try it, but it's really super easy.

Seems these would be perfect as Malcontent units using scavenged parts to modify their Mecha.
