The barrel faces up when mounted on the arm so it will face forward when in fighter mode.

Great work! I thought skull 1 had a black nose for some reason... What color grey are you using? I picked up grey white from Vallejo, but haven't had an opportunity to try it out yet and the color you have used is great!
