1st ed RPG book Strike Force. It was an EBSIS unit.
For all intent purposes as it pertains to RRT (and by extension the 2nd ed RPG) it would be considered a stinger, or if you prefer the official name from palladium, Improvised Mecha Unit (I call it I-moo) and the slang term Frankemecha.... (cringe)
