I am really struggling to pose my Pods, any one have suggestions? I cant get them to stand together without both feet crowding together. I have the same problems with the Destroids. Any Tips for what I am doing wrong?

I don't think the pods were meant to be standing. I ran into the same issue as you and it seems like they were all meant to have running or walking poses. The only "standing" legs that I found were on the recon pod.
As for the destroids, you should widen their legs so they aren't too vertical. the legs can be spread out more and you shouldn't be bumping feet.

the straight legs are meant to be running or striding with one foot in front of the other, but a couple bends at the joints can spaly them out a bit. I also like mixing the wide-stance legs with normal legs to make things more dynamic

As mentioned before there is one set of legs that's designed for standing. You can see the one in the back left. If you need a better pic let me know.

I usually will mix and match the legs from the sprues to get a desired pose. Play around with the different legs. They are also fairly easy to shape and bend into new positions if you are careful.
