Pythnutd, please tell me you did not use regular Testor's plastic modeling glue and instead used their ABS glue? if not any models you have assembled will not fare well after some time, these models are made of ABS plastic, not the same stuff GW uses or most miniature and model makers use, but the stuff used by LEGO, check it out on glues and LEGO or ABS.

Lol, you had me scared. Just double checked and the product I am using is the Plastic Cement made for ABS plastic.

So the glue we use on GW or many other companies models will not work with this stuff? I use a glue called "Jet" sold by my LGS.

Testor's product # 281216 which is a black bottle with red label with applicator tip is a fair glue you can probably use (haven't tested it myself yet.)

The Testors orange tube glue is very hot and very thick. Most people who don't have a lot of experience with it will go overboard. Using too much of this cement, then letting it get trapped in a pocket inside two pieces of plastic will allow the cement to stay active. This will eventually lead to the plastic weakening, deforming, and eventually being eaten through by the glue.
The Model Master liquid cement for plastic, black bottle, red label, with metal applicator, is ideal. Very little of this stuff is needed to bond very large pieces of plastic. A few very small drops should be all that any two parts in a VF need to be bonded forever. This cement melts the two pieces of plastic resulting in the cured points of contact being welded together permanently. Simply put a drop or two on half of the part, fit the other part, clamp with rubber bands, fingers, or clips, and let the part set to the side for a few minutes to cure.

I use the red/orange tester tube of Plastic Cement (the one made for ABS plastic) and use an old brush to gently apply the glue.

Are we ok to just use everyday krazy glue? I mean, most of the people that bought this are not likely mini gamers per se and would like a more commonly available glue.

CA glues will work. Plastic glues are permanent and I find more controllable.
