Reading through the HTH rules, I'm curious if you have to declare all your attacks before rolling to strike?
Example.
Unit A pays 2 command point for a total of 3 attacks. Declare punch #1, roll to strike, declare kick #2, roll strike, etc.
Or Unit A pays 2 command point for a total of 3 attacks. Declare punch, kick, stomp, roll to strike for the three.
The rules state that the stomp will fail if the attack before the stomp is parried. So I wasn't sure if you have to declare all the attacks before rolling or if you can wait to declare.

Just like declaring which weapons fire at which targets before you roll so too must you declare which attacks are being targed at which units (and in which order) before you roll.
Otherwise it would say that a stomp cannot be declared unless the target has been struck by another attack, rather than saying it fails if the attack before it is parried. A stomp is a gamble
