I was/am a Reckless backer, but that was really a group purchase. A friend of mine contributed to get one Battle Cry and some addons and another friend has since bought another of my Battle Cries. That still leaves me with two copies of everything, including the rules book.
It doesn't look like a PDF copy of the rules is going to be made available any time soon. I am seriously considering cutting the spine of one copy so I can scan it and make a PDF copy for use with my iPad. Has anyone else tried this? I'm not sure about the best method to cut the spine so that I end up with neat pages.

Usually if you go to your local copy shop (FedEx Office, Mail Boxes Etc) they will cut bindings for a buck or two. For a couple dollars more they will drill and spiral bind it. That's particularly handy for laying it flat at the gaming table.

The same place will likely be able to scan and PDF it for you as well though I have no idea on prices.

I can scan & PDF it at my workplace (during my lunch hour). I'll call the local FedEx/kinko's to see if they can cut the binding.

Hey, Edsel, have you had the time to follow through on this? How did it turn out? I did this with my Flames of War books and am really glad I did.

I checked out Bad syntax Blog spot. I like the fact Starscream has the "Life is Cheap" ability.
