I'm still positive! They have plans. Sure, they're Palladium plans and we might see New Generation in a decade, but it's in the plans!

Not for nothing but they had plans to put out Mechanoids Space in 1992......it still isn't out yet and is listed as a preorder on their store website....

*sigh* lets hold onto some hope folks. Any glimmer that there is. There is enough negativity on other forums to go around and we could use some positive attitudes.
Palladium has a bad reputation, but we do have models and a game in hand. There is hope that it will continue but only if we make it the success we want it to be.

Good point merk. I wasn't trying to be too negative, just pointing our plans aren't...always a reason to be positive.
This game's success however, truly rests on us not Palladium (as much as they may think it does)

It's not PB just has a bad rep, but the CEO has shown himself as a liar. It's just difficult to take anything he says at face value because it.

That is understandable Kryptt...But as we have a game and rules and models, regardless of how long the roll out took, It gives reason for hope that we can keep things rolling. Keeping interest up is up to us  as is working to keep a positive attitude. |

hear hear, I for one am looking at rolling a rpg-ish campaign with wave one.. for my son. I think I will have enough built for a few small skirmish matches in the near future. it is for us to enjoy the game and modify if/as necessary..

That's pretty much why I bought the game. For skirmish games mainly. He wanted more pods so I went from a battlecry to a showdown.

I agree that the success of the game lies with us. I find myself working on multiple projects and getting none of them done in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes, I even loose interest for a while but come back to it eventually. I hope that there is some kind of prioritized list at PB which they can follow so that the games keep coming.

Late to the party, but there is also the possibility of someone buying the rights to make more Robotech stuff from Palladium. I have no idea what the chances are, but it is possible. I mean, I COULD win the super-duper-mega-gajillions lottery.
